Will it hurt?

There may be some discomfort to reach desired results, but nothing will be above the tolerance of the individual.

What should I wear?

You will be covered at all times when being treated, but to make it more comfortable for you then wear short shorts (Sports bra for a woman).

What do I need?

The therapist will bring all the equipment they need to the treatment. we ask that you supply extra towels if possible as the therapist can only carry so many in one day.

What do I need to do during treatment?

If your therapist needs you to adjust your body into a given position, he/she will move you or will ask you to move what is needed. Feel free to change your position anytime however, unless instructed, to make yourself more comfortable.
Most close their eyes and relax during a session; others prefer to have a chat. It is your massage, and whatever feels natural to you is the best way to relax.

How will I will feel after treatment?

Most people feel calm and relaxed after treatment. Some people tend to find a decrease or complete freedom from long-term aches and pains.
If you received a deep massage, you may be slightly sore the next day. Sometimes a hot shower can ease the slight soreness.
